Returns

  • You can return any item within 7 days of delivery, as shown by the courier record.
  • The final seal and packaging must be unbroken. You can view the item fully without breaking the final packing.
  • Please include the original lab certificate, invoice and all packaging with the return.

Refunds

  • You receive a full refund of the amount you paid, including certification charges. There are no restocking or processing deductions.
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to your account.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • If the item arrived damaged, or does not match its description or lab certificate, we pay for return shipping.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched.
