How To Wear:

Before wearing the mala, it is recommended to take a bath or cleanse yourself to ensure physical and mental purity. You may also choose a peaceful and clean space, such as your prayer room or altar to wear the mala with full focus and devotion. It is ideal to first energize the mala by chanting a Vishnu or Krishna mantra, such as “Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya” or “Om Kleem Krishnaya Namah”, either 11, 21, or 108 times while holding the mala in your right hand. This sets your intention and activates the spiritual energy of the mala. Once energized, the mala can be worn around the neck or wrapped around the wrist. If you’re using it for mantra chanting (japa), it should be handled respectfully and stored separately when not in use.
